November Instagram Stories: 2016

November Instagram Stories

I’ll be the first to admit that I really love Christmas. There’s something just so wonderfully cosy and festive about it all that I very easily find myself getting wrapped up in the spirit of things. As much as I try and stay away from hitting play on the Christmas playlist before December first, I can’t deny that it’s creeping in to my head!

With the Edinburgh Christmas markets appearing in the city, it was transformed almost over night into a festive little wonderland. Seeing the lights and decorative trimmings go up along George Street and the West End village where I work. To the ever-famous Jenners Christmas tree and endless surrounding glittering lights.

What I’ve Been Up To

As I’m heading to the USA in less than a month to go now ahead of Christmas, it’s been a hectic break to finish the last of my Christmas shopping. Yes, I’m one of those people who gets it all done ahead of the crowds in November! Endless planning to fit around Christmas parties and get togethers with friends and family, December is set to be a busy month.

From what feels like an eternity away now, I had the girls over for Bonfire night for a cosy night in with roasted marshmallows and toasting our feet against the fire. To watching the last of the autumn leaves fall in the city, with crisp winter days setting in. I headed to plenty of launch parties and Christmas events. From cocktails at Dishoom, to dining at No. 11 whilst finding out the most Instagram-worthy cocktails in Edinburgh.
